Anderson Land Services, Inc. ("ALS") is lead by Joseph M. Anderson, a second generation oil and land professional with over 20 years experience in the industry, who worked his way up from a field landman to project manager prior to founding ALS in the fall of 2007.
ALS has a staff of over 15 seasoned contract land consultants, many with over 10-15 years experience.
Our depth and breadth of experience gives us the capability of providing specialized services to a wide variety of clients.
Our Staff Includes:
- Two highly experienced abstractor teams with over 25-years experience that are capable of performing due diligence and drill site abstract work of the highest level and greatest complexity providing detailed in depth reports in the timeliest and most cost effective manner possible.
- Four highly experienced contact landmen who are very skilled in acquiring leases, easements and a broad range of other land agreements from all types of landowners. Several of our contact landmen have a well-established rapport with a number of the largest and most important landowners in the San Joaquin Valley and are able to reach agreements with them when others may not.
- A paralegal responsible for our document preparation who has an in-depth knowledge of title and who previously worked in the Water and Land Use department for one of the most prominent law firms in Bakersfield where her duties included assisting the attorneys with easements, right-of-way acquisitions, and eminent domain/condemnation actions. Her work is both highly accurate and very efficient.
- A senior title landman with 20 years experience who oversees our surface and mineral title reports and personally handles our most complex title reports.
- A mapping professional who produces top quality lease play and project maps, which look excellent either enlarged for meetings or included in a Power Point presentation.
